Must have completed the Intro to Pole Fitness 4 week course prior to this class.
Integrating the beauty of aerial silks with the skill of pole fitness, Pole Silks will elevate your strength, flexibility and stamina to the next level.
Class structure will follow a warm up, conditioning on the silks and pole followed by learning core moves. No move is wrong in Pole Silks and the variations are endless!We teach you the various grip and leg holds, and build up your repertoire of moves on both static and spinning pole.
You will need to have completed the 4 week Introduction to Pole Course to understand the foundations of Pole Silks as we build on the basic pole moves taught in this course.
