The last term of Pilates for 2018 will be starting on Monday 15th October.
Monday's at 7pm (9 week term due to Labour Day)
Beginner classes with a special focus on teaching you how to engage you core properly (so much more than just sit ups and 'tighten you abs'!!!). Pilates is great for improving core strength and flexibility, improving posture and helping with old/new injuries. The instructor is an 11 year qualified physiotherapist with a special interest in Sports Rehab, Women's and Pelvic Health, Pregnancy and post natal physio/Pilates.
