About the Studio
A little story about how the studio came to be, and learn about our FABULOUS instructors
Pilates is a total body conditioning system to train the local stabilizing muscles (the "core") to work more effectively and efficiently during everyday movements.
With the focus on breathing and using your core and pelvic floor correctly, the body and mind to work together to create a programme to help with relaxation and functional exercise at the same time.
Pilates can be used to help with the rehabilitation of injuries (both old and new), during and after pregnancy, back pain and for cross training with any other sport.
